From Start to Finish
Clients will receive an estimate for each project prior to start of all design. Upon approval, you'll be able to review composites and proofs along the way. We make it easy for you so that you can focus on your business.
Guidelines
1. Gather up all your content for the project. Word documents are great for sending content or sending text via email.
• Got samples? Showing a sample idea of something you saw that you like really gives us an idea of what you're
trying to achieve.
2. If you plan on having any logos, graphics or photos you want us to use, gather those up too. They will need to be a
high enough resolution necessary for the project. We can let you know in advance if they will work for the project.
3. If your design project will be printed, it's good to already know in advance who is printing it and how they want the
final artwork provided to them (i.e.: such as a jpeg, pdf, etc...). This dictates how the project should be created so that it
can be prepared properly using the correct specs for production. If you prefer, we can also take care of the printing
for your convenience.
How clients are invoiced for Design Services
Billing option will be determined based on each project.
Billing is handled two ways:
1. Per Project Billing (PPB) - If you only plan to do a few projects throughout the year
With each new project, you will be given an estimate prior to any initiation of design.
2. Retainer Basis Billing (RBB) - You fit this category if you send projects frequently. Retainers are billed
monthly and will include an itemization of all billable design progress throughout each project.
